Maison Daviel jewelry is precious. We explain on this page how to best take care of your jewelry!

 

Shipping

We offer Free shipping on orders over $200 in the U.S.

For lower orders, the standard shipping fee is $12 in the US.

We usually do not ship outside of the U.S. For special requests and international inquiries, please contact us: contact@maisondaviel.com

 

Returns

In the first instance we recommend that you contact the shop where you bought the item. If you bought your jewelry online via our e-shop on www.maisondaviel.com please email us at contact@maisondaviel.com. If you did not buy your item from our e-shop please contact the shop where you made your purchase directly.

In case you bought your jewelry online via our e-shop, our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Unfortunately, custom-made jewelry can not be returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days at our studio. All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge: we do not cover the cost of shipping for refunds.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item,  please contact us at: contact@maisondaviel.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Repairs

In the first instance we recommend that you contact the shop where you bought the item. If you bought your jewelry online via our e-shop on www.maisondaviel.com please email us at contact@maisondaviel.com . If you did not buy your item from our e-shop please contact the shop where you made your purchase directly.

For buys from our online e-shop, we provide a free repairs service for one year from the date of purchase (the purchase receipt is required). This service is free as long as the damage is the result of normal wear and tear and/or because there is a manufacturing fault. If the piece of jewelry was brought and interfered with by an independent repair service, we can not guaranty our free repairs service, even inside the one year from date of purchase timeline.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.

Once this guarantee period has expired we offer a paying repairs service where possible. You will be provided with a quote for the anticipated repairs which will need your confirmation prior to any repairs being undertaken by us.
